Awesome Oatmeal
Ingredients:
2-3 tbs of flax seeds
1 apple
1 banana
optional: raw almond butter, cinnamon
Directions:
Soak flax seeds overnite, in the morning blend it with apple and banana. It's great with cinnamon. Today I've tried it with 1 tsp of almond butter and it was really good too.
I know it doesn't look great, but trust me, it's awesome. I can eat it everyday. I guess I should garnish it with a little fruit and it would be more appealing, but just couldn't wait to start eating:)
