first week

It used to be easy, I would just eat a little less, promise myself to work out and I would for a day or two and somehow I would keep my weight at a normal level. Now at 33 I don't find it easy anymore. So there is this girl at work and she was a little bigger than I and now she is just how I used to be. Her secret - raw food. So I decided to challenge myself and see where it goes. Today is exactly a week since I've started. Here are the new recipes I've tried
1. watermelon smoothie.
Surprisingly pretty good
Ingredients:
watermelon and almond milk
Directions: Soak the almonds overnight, freeze the watermelon
In the morning, blend the almonds with water and one date, strain it and blend the almond milk with the frozen melon
2 seaweed and cucumber salad
not for me, the smell of it just turned me off,
